Technology
How it works
The bottom film is preheated and pack cavities are formed in it at the forming station (vacuum and compressed air). The product goes into them in the loading area — in this configuration manually, by the operator.
At the sealing station air is removed from the pack and, depending on the application, protective gas is introduced (MAP), and then the top film is sealed. Cross and longitudinal cutting separate the packs, and an exit belt takes them away.
