MadejPak designed and implemented a complete automatic line for collecting, positioning and packaging candle inserts for Dutch manufacturer Bolsius. The project required developing dedicated tippers and solutions to protect a delicate product.
Starting situation
The customer used a different packaging technology. The project involved automatic collection of candle inserts from the manufacturer's machines, reorientation from vertical to horizontal, grouping and automatic packaging in specified configurations.

Developing a custom product collection and positioning layout. Designing dedicated tippers for each product size. Packaging without damaging delicate candle inserts.
Project scope
Phase 1: complete MadejPak system for grouping, positioning and feeding products into the GSP horizontal packaging machine
Phase 2: delivery of a second GSP 55 Evo PB packaging machine with an infeed system and the customer's robot
