MadejPak designed, built and integrated a complete line for automatic pellet bagging and palletising of the finished product. The solution combines an Essegi F1000 vertical packaging machine with an in-house bag feeding and forming system and robotic palletising — fully turnkey, including installation, commissioning and after-sales service.
Starting situation
The customer needed a complete, efficient line for bagging pellets and palletising them automatically — from product feeding, through packaging, to stacking on the pallet and pallet discharge, with no manual work.
Challenge
Combining into one synchronised process: packaging (Essegi F1000), in-house bag feeding and forming, robotic palletising with a secure bag grip, and pallet conveying and discharge. The whole line matched to the product, the required throughput and the customer's production conditions.
