MadejPak designed and implemented a fully automatic concrete mould lubrication station at the Solbet S.A. plant. The KUKA robot-based solution replaced manual labour, eliminating safety risks, reducing material waste and ensuring process repeatability.
Starting situation
Concrete mould lubrication was carried out manually by operators. As production volumes grew, problems accumulated: the process was time-consuming, inefficient, non-ergonomic and posed health risks to workers. Manual lubrication caused high material losses and lack of repeatability, affecting the quality and stability of the entire production process.
Challenge
Full integration of the new station into the existing production line in a very confined floor space, while maintaining process continuity and improving operator safety without interfering with critical production stages.
Project scope
Analysis of the existing production process
Development of the new station concept
