MadejPak delivered and implemented a total of 8 vertical machines for coal and pellet packaging for Synergio across two phases. Each machine achieves 14–15 bags per minute. The second phase included custom improvements to reduce film change downtime.

Phase 1: delivery and integration of 4 vertical machines for eco-pea coal packaging
Phase 2: delivery of 4 further vertical machines for coal and pellet with custom upgrades
Option for larger film reels reducing change frequency and extending production run time
