MadejPak implemented three fertiliser packaging automation phases for Synthos. Solutions include an F700 machine for water-soluble film packaging, an F1200 for collective packaging and a semi-automatic machine for bags.
Starting situation
The customer packaged fertilisers and needed gradual process automation — from small packages to collective, accounting for different product fractions (dusty and granular).
Challenge
Packaging fertilisers in water-soluble film — a demanding technology. Handling products of different fractions: dusty and granular. Building a collective system linking two machines.
Project scope
Phase 1: F700 vertical machine for fertiliser packaging in water-soluble film + weight controller + carton flap erector (semi-automatic line)
Phase 2: F700 machine (same as phase 1) with conveyor to F1200 collective packaging machine — F1200 with two weighing systems (dusty and granular products) + weight controllers and printers on each machine
Phase 3: semi-automatic machine for fertiliser bag packaging — operator loads bag, product weighed and filled automatically
Implementation results
Water-soluble film packaging for small and large formats
Automatic collective line linking two machines
